Extremely friendly. Plenty of RV parking just don't pull in 2nd entrance or you will hit bottom. Use 1st main entrance for RV. Room was beautiful & breakfast was available at 6am. They also have small dinner that is complimentary. They allowed a late checkout so we were able to find a place to park our RV. Definitely will stay here again.
The cleanest park we found. All places require application & background check. Also must provide credit/debit card for auto pay. Cost 550 plus 500 dep & metered electric. Wifi excellent through whole park & laundry is huge with front loaders. We heard all parks reduced prices over the last few weeks for summer & low work in oil fields. Took over 1 hour to complete paperwork so be prepared. You will have to do this at every place as we found out. No cash, only auto from your bank. Quiet & friendly so far.
This RV park is one of the best we have been to. We have stayed here 3 times over the past year while traveling with work. They always manage to get us in. This park is tight as are all the parks around here, but we fit our 44' in numerous sites. Their prices are low & honest compared to other big name places. Even though the sites are close we found everyone staying here is super friendly & very quiet. Unlike most parks where people didn't get the memo about slamming doors & barking dogs. The best part is it is 5 minutes from everything & 20 minutes to the entrance of Estes Park. I have been in 3 sites here & all 3 have views of the Rocky Mountains, a bonus. They are open till 6 Tues- Sat. Monday they do close at 2pm. If you leave a message she will call you back.
