ZERO Stars, there is a reason this property has such low ratings. I am rating zero before even getting to the property.
I made a reservation for 6/18/2020 for my triplet childrens birthday, I made the reservation at the property because they had free cancellations - but found something else much better online later.
On 5/30/2020 I called to cancel the reservation, a man answered and took my cancellation (I have the phone records that I called and why would I call if not to cancel?). I figured that was the end of it.
On my kids birthday on 6/18, the property withdrew $183. I was shocked and called, texted, emailed...repeat about 25 times they never responded. My booking agent called numerous times, they spoke with the property a total of 1 time and an email.
This property has zero customer service, zero responsibility and judging from the reviews - a horrible lodging experience both in the hotel and at the desk.
DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
