Reservations were made online. Upon arrival, they were remodeling the front of the building, so we needed to use and unmarked entrance on the side . Once inside and at the desk, we waited approximately 10 minutes before anyone waited on us. When someone finally came to help, they said that we did not have reservations and were we sure that we had the right hotel. We had to show them the conformation email . He even asked which website we used to make the reservations. When he searched a little further, he found the reservation. The elevator was small, smelled and was stuffy. (no ventilation) We arrived to our room, seemed ok at first but, the bathroom light didn't work. Informed the front desk and they said to check the breaker that was on the electrical outlet next to the sink. If that worked ok, if not, call them and they would send maintenance. The toilet handle was cracked and it took 2 - 3 flushes before all contents flushed. The faucet on the sink wasn't properly tightened down. Turned down the sheets and found a few black stains and a hole in the blanket. The windows were dirty. I do not recommend staying there. There are many other hotels in the area to choose from.
