Had to rent my own vehicle when they arrived with only a single van to transport too many people and bags from Sea-Tac to Portland. They have yet to provide compensation for that event. Had we attempted to travel with them, the van would have had too many bags, not enough seatbelts--both uncomfortable and unsafe. Stay away!!
