For a Holiday Inn, the hallway carpets are really run-down with heavy wear and rolls in spots underneath. I felt badly for the maid service pushing their carts up and down the long hallways! Handicapped accessibility is limited in the main building (only one elevator at the far end of the building) if you don't want a ground-level room. The outdoor pool is small but well-maintained. The best part of this is a vibrant breakfast spread with cereal, breads, muffins, bagels, coffee, juices, a hot bar including omelets and sausage or bacon, and cinnamon rolls.
The beds and pillows are quite comfortable, walls seem very thin but we didn't have any issues with noisy neighbors. They also provide a mini fridge in each room.
