Call the place for booking before arriving. The price listed on the app as well as the address was wrong. The motel's website even had the wrong price. Lesson well learned. Luckily, my boyfriend and I found a great deal at another motel for the cost of a small backtrack. The owner even gave us a great discount for coming in the same night.
Couldn't enter when I arrived because it was later in the day but building information can be found at the Perryville town hall. The address provided with this app is the address for the town hall. The building itself is a little further down the road (about a few yards away). There's also a beautiful pier behind the tavern.
Very simple quick stop. It's a large doctor bag located slightly inside the campus. Better to go before midday or when the sun is high in the sky since the bag casts an equivalently large shadow. Ps expect lots of passerby's heading in the campus looking at what you're doing. Intimidating at first but easy to get over.
