Service is beyond excellent
Last June, I bought a Boomerang Plus from Pedego Carlsbad. I loved it from the jump. It has both twist throttle and pedal assistance, which I prefer - it gives me the option of using the throttle to accelerate off of red light.
The bike developed an unusual electric problem, and the comprehensive warrant came into play. I got a loaner from the dealership which tided me over, since riding is now a constant part of my day.
The bike is extremely well designed. I had purchased a Wave ebike previously. It was a great intro to ebiking, although an absolutely terrible bike. The more I learn, the more I ride it, the admire all the small details that take my experience into 'hello fun'!
I would recommend purchasing and riding Pedego to anyone. Both the product and the almost insane level of customer service are a rare, and unbeatable combination.
