This is one of the absolute best campsites I have stayed at. It is absolutely stunning. I had the place completely to myself. There is an awesome trail literally right out of this camp and the views are incredible! It is very well-maintained extremely clean, and water is very accessible! If you have solar panels like I do, you will be 100% charged every day because this is direct sunlight and beautiful

In April 2020 the graffiti highway was covered with large mounds of dirt in order to deter the types of crowds it was attracting.m, many of whom were disrespecting the area and the handful of residents who remain living there. It’s still a cool historical stop but a bummer that a few idiots had to ruin it for the rest of us. 🙄
