This place is awesome! Stopped here on our road trip to Texas and my 3 kids (12 yrs, 7 yrs & 19 months) LOVED IT! A must see if you're driving through Little Rock with active kiddos!

I absolutely love the battlefield. Wide open space to have a picnic, throw a football and enjoy the beauty of the surrounding nature. It's so peaceful it's hard to imagine a bloody war there hundreds of years ago. The museum shows a movie of the war that's pretty informative. Landmarks of civil war history are everywhere and they even have old school cannons. Very cool place.
