A nice place with friendly staff. The sites feature concrete pads with patios. Each site is separated by grass. There is large spot in the back with grass as well. The park has a laundry facility along with restrooms. The park is nicely maintained. I noted that the park has a propane station. The park has nearby many eating establishments, fueling stations, grocery store, and a large RV sales and parts facility. Easy access to I44.

May not look like much from the road but Avery’s is worth a stop for delicious barbecue. The pork sandwich is absolutely delicious. You must also try the mac & cheese. The beef ribs are “fall off the bone” tender. As we were staying nearby, we’ve stopped by twice already with one more trip before we hit the road this weekend.
The gas station next door also has breakfast burritos that are some of the best I’ve ever had.
