Old Rock School a piece of Dodgeville history. A stunning example of Nineteenth Century Cornish masonry built in 1853. Thomas Carkeek an immigrant from Cornwall participated in this construction as well as that of the Iowa County Court House. In 1978 it was added to the National Register of Historic Places.
It is a private home.
