We've always had good luck with Holiday Inn Express at any location we've visited and this one was no different. Very clean, well maintained, friendly staff, decent breakfast, and pet friendly for an additional $25.
While looking for info on this campground through google, found a Yelp review from 08/20/14 that said this campground was no longer in business.
Beautiful little swimming hole! High rock to dive/jump from or a shorter concrete ledge for those wanting to enjoy the chill of the water without the thrills of the big jump. The water is shockingly cold, taking your breath away the first encounter, but once you get warmed by the sun, you'll be ready to experience the refreshing water again. There's also a visitor center next door for changing and restrooms.
