We stayed with them 2 nights. The first day and night great customer service. then extended our stay again great customer service during the day BUT the night of 9/17 OMG!!! The front desk clerk was no where insight so I looked in a cabinet that held coffee for eating utensils. All of a sudden she was st he desk. Talk about a principle’s voice “can I help you”. I let her know I’m looking for a couple folks and knives. She gave me 2 folks I thanked her she gave NO response just turned and walked away.
What happen to simple polite Your Welcome!
