The front desk reps have great customer service skills! We stayed here for a week. The room could have been cleaned much better, but after speaking to a manager- I totally understood what was happening with the lack of workers. The pandemic caused them to lose employees and this had a domino effect of eliminating certain tasks so they could still achieve the basic tasks. The maintenance guy was so fast too, when I asked for the HVAC vent in the bathroom to be cleaned. My kids really liked the pool. The morning breakfast is simple, but good. They had to reduce the hours for that too. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

We checked in around 1 AM, we had to call and wake up a lady (we think is the owner or his wife?). The cabin we stayed in was great! We stayed 2 nights. It is an awesome jumping point to go to Yellowstone. The only thing we missed was the AC!! The owner told us that they are planning on an install sometime this summer. That is a great idea! It is a dry heat here, though, so we just popped the windows open the next evening and the air circulated through just fine. I am kind of spoiled when it comes to central AC......

We checked in at around 2:00 AM. The room was clean. The layout was just what we needed. We checked out at around noon the next day. My kids got a chance to swim in the pool and they liked it!
