First room we were in the bottom of the toilet seat had feces stains. After complaining about the room we were upgraded to the deluxe rooms which were bigger and nicer. But then my wife found a roach hanging out on the ceiling. So she called the front desk and complained again. Not as friendly over the phone.
Overall, the stay was about average although customer service was not the best and the rooms felt a little dirtier than the average Holiday Inn. The roach made it stressful for someone dealing with anxiety.
