I was so disappointed. This place was so dirty! My kids rolled a ball under the bed. There was food crumbs between the bed and night stand. I found old tissue a bug and tweezers from someone!!
They did not dust or it seems for a least a week. All the light fixtures, closet racks and tables where covered.
The hallways leading to the room had trash and it looked like it didn’t get vacuumed all day.
We checked in around 4:00pm the hotel elevator had a spill mark and cherry pit left over when returned at 9PM it was still there!! What??
I felt like it was a motel 6. I was very disappointed especially coming from all the reviews on this site saying it was newer.
The phone was nasty with grease like someone ate pizza then picked the phone up.
I ended up going to Target and buying clorox wipes and sure enough dirt everywhere. I am not a clean freak but I expect at least a vacuumed and wiped down room. Who knows if they cleaned the bathroom?
We are a Marriott rewards member and have many more to visit on our trip, but after this night I am worried.
