16 spaces inside the fence/gates of the fairgrounds in the Southwest corner. 50/30/20A service, sewer, water.
A little noisy along a main street in a working class neighborhood.

We arrived at 4PM on Sunday. The gates were locked, so we called the security guard who came to Gate #2 and let us in. Getting out and in after business hours is only by the guard. You call and ask. I guess it is more secure, but a little restrictive.

The sites are just a concrete parking lot next to a fence. Not camping as much as parking. If I needed to be in Fresno for business, this would be great.

Standard issue; 1 Each, campsite, electric, water, sewer, check, check, check. The ground is flat, the space is enough.

We do find it odd that the 5mph speed limit is strictly enforced by Amy the Host. My car at idle goes 7. I ride the brakes.

Our campsite neighbor has a Labrador on a 30' rope and he does not pick up after the dog. Our two Maltese are terrified to go out. This is in contract to the speed limit enforcement.

Many units have grass growing up under them, about 1-2 feet. I think some do not move.

Town is nearby. Safeway is maybe 1/2 mile.

We booked for Fri. Sat, Sun. for our 35' dp mh. On line it said there were only 40-55' spaces available at higher prices. OK, booked. Called day before arrival and asked if we could check in a day early, they said they did not have room. Got here and it is mostly empty. Mostly empty all weekend.

The path to the RV gate had six speed bumps that are 3" high 6" long so they are abrupt on the motorhome. Not easy to cross and not feel unwelcome.

Quite a long walk to the strip.

1) My site was empty the night before, but they will not allow an early check in.
2) No hook ups, but they do not allow a generator until 10AM!..Isn't everyone awake by 8AM?
3) Wife drives the tow car but they charge 15/night if it is not equipped with a tow bar.
4) 15 mph down narrow pavement where lots of people are walking and kids playing.
5) I have a 34' and there is 6-7 feet empty behind me, but they say the maximum is 35'

Overall it is a nice view but the park rules seem to need to be evaluated.
