Kind of an interesting place to visit, I went at midnight once with a few friends two years ago. We didn't see any hauntings, but it's still a creepy place to go at night. Be warned: If you go after dark it is trespassing and the police do check. We had a friend drive our car away so that it wouldn't be noticed and did have to hide in the bushes when a cop car drove by while we were walking back to the road.
I visited today and it took us quite awhile to find it, but this is because we were in the totally wrong area. Just navigate to Old Waterbury Road, and park at the end of the street (it's short). Just past the little "gate" follow the road under the power lines and it's right in the woods on the left, just down the hill from a new condo building.
just went today, it was totally an awesome place to explore. We just parked at the front gate and walked right in. The sign says there's video surveillance but there's not a camera in sight. Just be careful not to stay too long to avoid attracting attention, but there isn't too much to see. It's definitely a great place to get some creepy pictures!
