We were at a dead stop, put the car in neutral and coasted up the hill. Our speed increased as we went up. We put on the hazards for safety and we watched for traffic. We saw a motorcyclist do the same thing. Highly recommend.

This is so cool! We were at a dead stop The red barn is still there and has been since before the Civil War. If you turn on Main Street and have the front of the PJ Gilligan's Dry Goods on your left, the barn is a short distance down the road on the left. (The store is also worth a stop to see an 1860 shop).
