We really enjoyed our stay here! We had a nice roomy site, #10, but it was very close to the road which was pretty noisy. It was just a short walk to the bathhouse. The bathhouse was acceptable, not too bad. It was just another little walk to the beach over the board walk. We really appreciated the shower for our feet at the end of the boardwalk. The beach was lovely! It was just a short drive to the First Landing site and the lighthouse on the Navy/Army base and all of the Boardwalk activities in Virginia Beach.

Great place! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Our site was easy to get into and nice, right below the pool and office. Lots of trees. The bathhouse was roomy and clean. We appreciated being able to do our laundry when we got back from our visit into Lexington.
This was a nice stop along the way! The staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us their old Good Sam book! That was great! The bathrooms were very nice!
