***HOTEL STAFF IS AMAZING***
-We booked through a 3rd party who didn't notify them that we needed a crib for our room but the desk staff fixed that issue IMMEDIATELY! She had the maintenance guy put the crib together for us (he even put the bedding and sheets in it) then he brought it down to our room. I was very thankful after traveling all day with 3 kiddos and a fur baby!
-The front desk had a basket of dog treats for our sweet furry girl and they welcomed her with lots of love!
-Lobby atmosphere was nice and very comfortable.
-They had a large breakfast area...food was really good too! Juices, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, waffle iron, and the hot breakfast had sausage, omelets, biscuits and white gravy!
-They even had a coffee bar❤️ tea and hot cocoa also.
-Military Family friendly!!!
The only reason we didn't give our stay 5 stars was due to some (head) hair I found stuck on the shower wall the next morning...when I notified the front desk she apologized and asked what she could do to fix it?! I told her it wasn't a big issue since we had already slept in the room and I just rinsed it off before showering...she offered to waive the pet fee since there wasn't anything else she could do! Very nice of her!!!
