I will start with the good things about this hotel. Free breakfast, free shuttle to Hershey Park, Free parking, beds were comfortable and indoor pool. We were not happy with the unfriendliness of the staff, we had Ants in our room and all the staff did was stare at me as if asking me what we want them to do about it, the in room safe did not work and plus we checked in we wanted to stay two days and use our reward points for the first night stay and use credit card for the second night but they could not do that. I had to go online and order the first night on the rewards website, check in again for the second night. The next morning at 10:00am someone from the front desk banged on our room door asking us if we were checking out. We explained what we had done the night before and she acted like this has happened before. She did not apologize for the disturbance. Then, when we were checking out we asked for a late checkout and were ok'd for that only to have the same woman bangs on the door at 10:00am asking us in a rude manor if we were checking out soon. We told her we were packing to leave but had asked and received an ok for a late check out. She acted disgruntled at this information and that this was an inconvenience.
