Easy walk for our 3 year old.

The view from the rim was as magnificent as everyone says, but there isn't enough open in the winter and therefore too crowded. If you are visiting in the spring, wait a few weeks for summer. It's worth it. ~summerofidaho.weebly.com

We stayed here when we visited Crater Lake National Park. It took us a little more than an hour to get to the South Entrance, which is the closest entrance in the winter. They were very nice about us getting in late and helpful with hints about the park. We didn't have any issues with the other campers, but some of the neighborhood kids stopped by our site a few too many times. Overall, I highly recommend this RV park.
