The directions given are to a bank in downtown Elko....note: unless you enjoy gambling or banks don't come down here. Google map South Fork Owyhee River, and like us, face palm at the realization that it is 48 miles north of where Roadtrippers said it was. (Otherwise great RT experience though! Lol)
