Loved the la Ventana Arch and volcanic fields! Beautiful!

There were many areas that had wildfire burn scars and many of the roads and walk paths were closed. I don't think I would revisit this park.

The drive on hwy 191 from Rock Springs to Vernal is not the best way to see the Gorge, but you will enjoy the many roadside geologic info signs depicting the formations within the Uintas. The road does take you across the dam road.
