Just stopped by on our road trip from Detroit to New Orleans to California. I love little quirky, historical places like this. No one was there but it was a beautiful little park. The houses on the road up to it are gorgeous and my favorite part. The mound was cool, and the view was nice, but shouldn't take more than a half hour to check out. The park around it is very nice and good for kids and picnics. There is a big building on the street coming up called "The Mound Science and History building" or something like that. It looked interesting! definitely on the mediocre side of the radometer but still cool.
