We had a wonderful meal here, sitting in the open air with great, low-volume music playing. The restaurant appears to be more upscale but many of the people coming in had various clothing on that indicated that the restaurant is not just for fancy dining.
I had a steak fillet that was cooked excellently, covered in sauted mushrooms. The steak was honestly one of the best meals I had while staying in & around San Juan Del Rio for the week. We also ordered a cheese board for the entire table to share, and it was huge with (I think) 6 or 7 different cheeses, with a good portion of each cheese to try, sorted from softest to hardest in density. I recommend the Sangria that they have with fruit chunks in it as well.
If you are near the Tequis square, I highly recommend going here for a nice dinner during your trip.
