I was very disappointed with our stay here. The first room we were given smelled just like an ash tray. My companion has asthma and I specifically requested a non-smoking room. The desk attendant insisted that it was a non-smoking room but was located near the employee's smoking lounge! He gave us a different handicapped accessible room, but it also had a foul odor (like mildew) and the headboard of the bed was stained with hair grease. We were also very disappointed after washing our laundry in one of the coin-operated machines when our clothes came out smelling worst then when we put them in!! And the laundry soap dispenser machine took my money but didn't dispense anything! On the upside, this hotel does have a convenient free parking lot close to the hotel entrance and it's located near a Tops (grocery store).

We stopped by to photograph this scenic location and watched a lovely sunset. The people I ran into there (locals) were friendly and helpful. The only downside was the outhouse they had there. Worst I have ever experienced (but hey, when you gotta' go, you gotta' go!)...but literally, it was pitch black inside with all kinds of flying insects and the worst stench of raw human waste you can imagine...no chemicals to aid in odor control, no water to dilute things, and it had to be over 100 degrees in there. So nasty! I almost lost it when I opened the door to escape and a frog lept out in front of me.

Space Time Tanks is fantastic! I was taken floating here for the first time on a date (best date ever). One hour in the sensory deprivation chamber left me feeling more refreshed than an entire night of sleep. In a world with so much clutter and noise, it's amazing to be able to just shut it all out and decompress in this way. My recommendations: pre-floating, don't consume too much caffeine and don't shave right before (or the salt may sting), and while in the tank, I recommend wearing the earplugs they provide...to prevent getting any water trapped in your ear! Their shampoo smells fantastic, the staff are super cool and mellow. I highly recommend this experience. Everyone I have taken to this place really gets something out of the experience. After floating, you may find yourself super hungry and your skin will feel amazing!
