There’s a resort fee, a pet fee, they will charge an exorbitant electricity fee. They don’t manage reservations well. I tried to book 4 months. They asked if I minded moving around then put in the daily rate wherever possible. After two different reservations with a $100 deposit I found out cell signal is non existent and Wi-Fi is unusable throughout the park. So I canceled all of it. They kept the $100 deposit on the 1st reservation and charged me $10 for cancellation of the 2nd. There is no end to ways for them to empty your wallet from the reservations which never matched up with published rates to the bar, restaurant and boat/jet ski rentals. If your flush with cash and want to unplug from civilization this is the place for you. Otherwise, don’t let their published rates deceive you. Those aren’t even close to what they will take.

I loved it here. The staff were very accommodating. She even removed the $3.20 reservation fee after I requested a 3 day extension. Scenery is beautiful. Overall it was quiet but there is a little road noise from I-95. Highly recommend.
