We parked at the first large parking area where the historical info signs are. Was a weekday evening and so not much traffic. There are about 10 screech owls above that spot on the rock wall. They either didn’t like us or do their screech thing at night. Not sure. Must google. We tried to pretend it was locusts like we are used to hearing in the south. 😉

A beautiful woodsy setting. Mom and pop spot with a cafe. Very minimal store. Nice playground. A lot of constant work being done on the property. Probably normal for summers. The mom and pop are lovely!
Zero cell phone service since it isn’t near a town. Laundry takes 5 coins. I think that is Canadian dollar coins, but no signs said. I didn’t want to do laundry bad enough to find out. Would stop again. I loved the vibe. It has gas too.
