Great place to rent a kayak and go exploring. Almost all the sites are on the water, so you get your own private beach. It’s not a place with a ton of mountains, so if that’s what you’re looking for, try somewhere more east. The bathrooms and showers were really clean, but the water got shut off in our part of the campground due to a blowout with the wires. We had to drive to the showers every time we needed to use the bathroom.

The best part of Buffalo. There’s always something going on there and it’s a beautiful place. You can take a boat tour, visit a WWII submarine, and more!
