Reservoir was low when we went. Otherwise, campsite was clean and everyone was quiet. The fishing was excellent, caught 4 rainbow trout in an hour and all were 10-14 inches.
I remember camping here with my Grandfather in the early 80s. It hasn't changed.
Its not located in Delta. It is 37 miles outside of Delta and then another 20 miles off of the main road.
Despite this, it was worth it. As other reviewers have said, you will get dusty. Its very hot, so bring lots of water and food.
My son and I found plenty of trilobites. You will find fossils. You will get hot and dirty.
This was an amazing park. Views are intense. Small and quiet campground as well. Great trails and hiking.
An incredible park. I recommend spending at least a whole day. In 3 hours we barely scratched the surface,
