Definitely don't book if there is a chance you can't make it!! My flight was cancelled on a Sunday and this was booked for Monday. My whole vacation was cancelled! My travel agent tried to cancel that day- Sunday- but nobody got back to him. They kept saying the owner wasn't in so now they tell me no refund because it wasn't 24 hours in advance. As a single mother who saved forever for this vacation its very disappointing. I know when I do go to the Keys I will definitely not use this company
