The grounds and building itself are incredibly beautiful. Take a walk through the woods to the Pioneer Cemeteries. In the springtime, the ground is covered in spring ephemerals.

Go to this place any time of year. In the fall the tamarack trees change color and drop their needles. They have a "Winterfest" every year that a friend and I have gone to for the past 6 years or so.

I LOVE THIS PLACE. Even if you aren't into antiques, you'll find all kinds of kitsch to eyeball.
