We loved staying here rather than the busy looking Springdale area. Much more spread out and open. Great pool area for the kids. Near observation point upper Mesa trailhead—totally worth the hike. Entering Zion daily from the east side is spectacular. My kids even enjoyed playing with the baby Pygmy goatS and chickens. Also big and roomie showers and bathrooms. My older kids and husband did the canyoneering thru the Zion ponderosa as well. Great experience!

Spacious sites, aspen grove, creek, meadow, pine forest grove—this place had it all.

We pulled in late in the day (7:00 pm) as we were putting in a long day on our way up to WA from CA. The check in was easy, our pull thru site simple, the shower/bathrooms were nice, and the noise from the I-5 not too bad. We left early the next morning. The sites were close together, but didn’t mind as we were pretty much just sleeping and leaving. Felt like the camp was well maintained.
