I liked it better when it was Stand Up Frank's. An AUTHENTIC dive bar--bikers, ex-cons, the King of Wings, etc. Minneapolis history. As Donny Dork's, you can't get a seat. Better try the owner's other place across the river in NE, Betty Danger's Country Club, with the lit up ferris wheel.
