Enjoyed an evening stroll here. Most of it is paved, a small section of it is broken down to gravel almost. Would be a nice bike ride for a family with kids, especially with numerous child oriented establishments along the waterfront. Raccoons rats and homeless present at night, they're generally friendly if left alone.
