If you want a poor quality ring (whose stones fall out), and poor customer service then shop here!
My fiance loves jewelry, and wears 4 rings every day. She was excited to add a new one to the mix, but quickly realized (that despite the high price tag), this ring was of poor quality. Shortly after purchase, stones started falling out of the ring. This has never happened to her before with any of the 4 rings she worn everyday for the last 3 years, or with any rings in the past. Thunder Eagle told her if she mailed it in they could fix it for her. She tried that, and once she received the ring back, the stones started falling out again. She then requested a refund. Instead of refunding, Thunder Eagle DECIDED TO NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY OR REFUND HER, BUT INSTEAD PASS BLAME TO MY FIANCE. They said she was responsible for it, because she "dropped the ring, or hit something". This of course never happened, and no rings she ever had, had issues but this one.
Shame on them for ripping her off, and not taking responsibility. COMPLETELY IMMORAL. We now are talking with our lawyers for next steps in rectifying the situation.
Please save yourself your money, time, and sanity. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Upate**I initially reviewed Thunder Eagle on Yelp, because that was their name when we bought the ring. Turns out they (now named Grand Canyon Native Jewelry) ripped this name off of the original Thunder Eagle (which has been in business for 25 years). Upon seeing my review, the owner of the original Thunder Eagle immediately reached out and said it is their policy to refund any jewelry across the span of it's lifetime for any reason, and we should have never been told that. We then realized our ring came from the imposters shop when we got their shipping address. Grand Canyon Jewelry is a fraud. They do not guarantee satisfaction like their website says, and they are the most immoral shop we ever dealt with.
