Not a fan. It’s cute inside, has some interesting coffee drinks, drink sizes are small in size (their largest is maybe equal to a grande at Starbucks), and they have a handful of nice looking pastries in the case.
However, the customer service is awful. I asked what was inside their breakfast beirock. First she corrected how I said beirock in a snarky tone. I had to ask again as I’ve never had a beirock. She said, “Eggs. Cabbage. I dunno…!” It was so bad that I commented and said, “Not really friendly here.” The worker responded, “Just being real; I don’t fake happiness.” Well, this is why I suppose you can find a Starbucks around the world… no matter what the staff at Starbucks may be feeling, I only see happiness to see me and help me with my order.
If you’re visiting Wichita and are maybe looking for another souvenir t-shirt, then stop for a coffee. If you’re looking for good customer service and great coffee, stick to Starbucks or try The Donut Hole (one block down) or a local favorite called Scooters.
