Road leading to the park is very narrow and in need of repair. The park maps provided by the staff must have been drawn by first graders. Price paid was $25 for the night which included a $2 senior discount. Site as A13 in the Acorn loop. The Siren at the dam sounds quite off and through the night and early hours before day break. per the fisherman I spoke with the fishing is very good for trout and crappie. there are several guides available to take you to their favorite honey hole. Hiking trails are nice and well marked. The museum was very nice and gives a good understanding of the importance of trees, the amount of work that goes into logging, milling of lumber and how the people lived/live to provide us with these materials. Despite this being a very nice campground I would not make this a stop over place unless it would be to my convenience due to the roads, no cell reception (Verizon), no Satellite access and noise from the dam.

this is not a park for class A rigs. the sites are small, not level, not well kept with lots of low hanging limbs.
