Great place to go for some hikes in nature. There are several trails that go down to Lake Washington. Several mountain biking trails as well.
We like to take the dogs (on leash) and walk some laps here.
Nice little park here on Lake Rosiger. Little picnic benches and a wading area for kids.
New Terminal going in looks really nice. This is a great ferry to Whidbey Island.

This is a fresh water lake at Deception Pass State Park. Near campgrounds. Swimming area is here too (cold). Always see people fishing here.
This is a great campground. Very easy walk to Deception Pass, beach walks, kayak, loads of trees. Very pretty.
Great place to stop and grab ice cream or local produce.
This is an amazing hike through some just gorgeous old forest. Once you hit the mountain, you do have some uphill to go to see the falls. They are impressive almost any time of year. We have gone in spring and late summer. Both were really nice. The parking is across the road, but the hiking trails go under the road (no need to dodge traffic). This is a nice place to stop and have a picnic if you are on a day drive around the Olympics.
Been here several times. Spring gives the best volume of water, but it is pretty any time of year. Super easy to get to, during summer can be a lot of vehicles.
