Came to town from Texas so my fiancé could visit her grandparents who live in Hartshorn. We tow a 42.5’ fifth wheel. John is a nice guy. The park has a handful of full timers and is clean. It’s a small park right off of the highway. There is some highway noise but not bad. It seems most people who stay here are just traveling through. There is something to say for these rv parks like this that are perfect for folks traveling through. There are not enough of them that are in decent shape. Our site was clean and easy to get into. John showed to our site and helped us pull in even though we didn’t need help. This is a service a lot of small parks lack. The 20 amp service at our site didn’t work and John offered to move us, but we really didn’t need tinker the 20 amp service that bad. The water pressure was a little low, about 38 psi. There was a lot of shade. They also give veteran and Good Sam Discounts.

Been here several times. The spot we always stayed with our fifth wheel was a premium back in but now all the sudden it is a Red Carpet spot. They have raised their rates a lot. $184 a night is very steep for an RV resort. At that price I would rather get a hotel room where I don't have to clean up afterwards. Prices like this defeats the purpose of getting an RV. $110 a night was fine but now they have gotten greedy. I understand its a destination place but not that price. I would stay for $115 a night max.
