Place is a total garbage pile there are cracks in the walls of the shower where ants are coming out we had to get a second room which wasn't much better. Then in the mor ing, we woke up to a rain storm we had to load up all of our stuff in the pouring driving rain. We called the front desk to ask for a late check out. Ws were told "I'll give you 10 minutes" in a rude tone. When I went to the front desk to show them I was SOAKED. I was told "You are lucky I gave you 10 minutes." I asked for the manager and was told "Have a good day". I asked again for a manager and I was told again "Have a good day ".
