Party of four with a reservation for 7:30pm still waiting to be seated at 8:15pm
and being told repeatedly , "Oh, about 5 more minutes " and no offer of "sorry
that you are still waiting'. The staff needs to manage their reservation taking
and "the host", needs a lesson in customer service. When he was told we were
leaving his response was , " well where are you going to go " , and delivered in
a snippy, nasty tone.
