Nice last minute stay on a Thursday night and got lucky to grab a lower loop site that had a perfect view of the water. Spent most of the next day parked at the day use beach enjoying the sunshine and beautiful views of the Olympic mountains and Mt. Rainier peeking over Whidbey Island.

Bathrooms at the beach are very clean and nice! Also the trip to Cama Beach next door is fun. Check out the Wooden Boat center on the beach for kayak or boat rentals. There is also a very nice Cafe for lunch or breakfast there that is open from 8-2pm Thursday through Sunday.

We stayed three nights in spot #10 in our van. Great campground. Quiet. Sites were private and spacious. Bathrooms were very clean but only a single stall.

Limited cellular coverage unless you walk down to the beach and out onto the spit.

No showers in the park. Only showers we found on island were in the Lopez Village park. No showers at Odlin county park either.

Kayaks and Sups were available for rental on the beach for the summer season.

We rented e bikes from Village Cycles. They delivered them directly to the park for us to use all and then picked them up at the end of the day (for $5 per bike). Kind of pricey but fun way to see the island.

We stayed up in Mountain Lake site 135 for three nights. We hiked the 4 mile loop around the lake and the 7 mile Mt Picket hike. No T mobile or Verizon signal unless you walk over to the dock and the wind is blowing right. You might get 1 bar of LTE.

Moved to the south end campground to site 11 which is right on the lake with great access for stand up paddle boarding or kayaking. The site is also right across from showers and clean bathrooms. 3 bars of 5G T Mobile and Verizon down on Cascade Lake.
