Not worth a visit unless you are up for swimming with a life vest in a small dark area among strangers.

Took the Jenny Lake trailhead about a mile and a half in and reached Hidden Falls. Hidden Falls is located on the West side of Jenny Lake. While there we saw a full grown moose grazing peacefully. We also ran into a woodchuck, deer, and several bird species. Easy trail for novice hikers. Hidden Falls might be too far for small children. It took us 2.5 hours total to Hidden Falls and back of average walking speed with a handful of short viewing stops.

Neat place to stop if you are passing by. We found a lot of old pottery among the ruins.
