Staff is pleasant and helpful. When we arrived there was no water but was restored later. Hot tub water was green and cloudy. Carpet is soiled and in desperate need of cleaning. Sat in the lobby and noticed the arms of the chairs were also soiled. Shuttle service to downtown area was great, driver even returned to pick us up after dinner.
