Stayed one night in Apr 2019 when driving from UT to CA. Easy to access with a 25' RV, plenty of spots, and easy to get level. Wind at night wasn't ideal for sleep.

Stayed one night over Easter Weekend 2019. Very busy in the area due to the holiday, but we got lucky when we spotted a couple packing up their tent late in the afternoon.

Not all sites are very level, it would have been difficult to get our 25' rig level in some spots. Also, not all roads into the boondocking spots along the rocks are passable. We had to turn our rig around once because the road was just too steep and uneven.

You'll be rewarded with a quiet night's sleep and amazing views. It can get windy here -- the night we stayed, it was dead silent and then out of nowhere 10 minute rain and windstorm blew through, coating our rig with some of that fine red sand. Still worth it, though!

We stayed at 38.57745, -110.77643. Next door (38.57762, -110.77666) has an amazing fire ring that's surrounded on three sides by the unique rock formations in the area.

Stayed here late May 2019 on the way to Dubois, WY. The road into the site is well graded, and if you come in at sunset like we did you might get a glimpse of the wild horses in the area.

The designated spot looked full so we continued down the road and camped at a pullout for the night. Upon departing the next morning, we saw that we could have actually driven into the designated spot and there are some more roads that continue further into the site.

Nice pull through spot on the west side of the lot. Sign says to ask attendant for key but it was already unlocked. Water available for flushing tanks but not potable.

Stayed here for a night on the way to the Alabama Hills. Quiet, fairly level (2 degrees), nice views. This particular spot was pretty easy to get a 25’ Class C into, some rocky spots on the road but manageable. Road in is average washboard.

Pretty happy with this option as a full service site close (1 mile down the road) to the Hopewell Rocks. The owner, Kirk, was very friendly and accommodating. We did stay in one of the more premium sites closer to the water, but even the standard sites didn't look as cramped as other reviewers have mentioned. We've seen worse.

I was also getting 4 bars of 4G/LTE which almost never happens.

On our way up into the Yukon we stayed along several lakes, many of which are heavily forested, provide little lake access, and are swarming with mosquitos. Marsh Lake is none of those -- it's forested but still has ample space between the trees for good light, provides nice trail access to the lake, and is not swarming with mosquitos. If I didn't have to move on I'd want to stay a few nights.

There's a bit of noise from the highway which runs not too far from the lake, but it's not that noticeable.

Had a lovely stopover here for a night in April 2019 on our way from Canyonlands to Escalante. The area has two large group sites and about 10 individual sites. Spots by the river are not shaded, but spots on the inside of the loop have ample shade and space.

The rec area sits right along the Green River and you're treated to the sound of the rushing water all day long. There are some beaches but the water was running pretty fast in the spring.

Passed through in May 2019 on the way from California to Wyoming over Memorial Day weekend. I didn't expect to find such a green and verdant space in the middle of the Nevada desert!

The road into the rec area was extremely well-graded -- probably the nicest road I've ever driven down to reach a boondocking spot. We parked at the 5th spot with our 25' motorhome and were right by the river with plenty of shade. Ground was a bit muddy due to recent rains.

There were vehicles passing by occasionally throughout the afternoon, but the river was so loud I could barely hear them.

The local state parks along Lake Erie were fully booked so we called and reached the park manager, Charlotte. Very friendly woman who took us in last minute. We arrived late on a Saturday night, and the park looks like it's mostly people staying there long-term in their trailers, but it looks just like any campground -- in fact, it looks cleaner. They were enjoying a fire and very friendly when we rolled up.

The park is very well kept with three baseball diamonds, lots of green grass for the pup to explore, a large playground for kids, and right on the shores of Lake Erie. Plus, how many times do you get to say you camped within view of a nuclear power plant? Park also has a pavilion that was serving breakfast on Sunday morning.

Park had a dump station but we didn't use it.
