If I can name several of the most amazing views in Arkansas it would go Mount magazine, whitney mountain, white rock, pinnacle mountain, mount nebo. So if you are into views where you can see forever go here! We Love renting there luxury cabins with hot tubes on the porches. There are so many hikes to go to with varying levels. If you love butterflies you should plan to come to the butterfly festival it is one of the biggest in the nation and is a big deal!

We love this area! Camping is first come first serve so get there early if its a busy weakend holiday. Make enough time to float the river and check that your going at the right time of year, sometimes it can get pretty low and you may have to drag a little. There is just SO much to do in this area like seeing elk, hiking, caving, rock climbing. Our favorite time to go is early in spring after big rains because there are so many waterfalls everywhere going into the river

This place is so awesome! Ive drove by the sign on the highway a billion times traveling to little rock and wish I would have stopped every time. Not to far from the highway it would be a great place for a rest and snack or hike. They have great places to rent or camp as well with tennis courts and swimming pool up on the mountain. Several overlooks directly from the road like the one in the picture.

We stayed here last minute and were very pleased with the deal we got and the breakfast we had. Rooms are superior in cleanliness. If you have triple A membership you'll get a discount and ask to sign up for best western rewards and book online and you'll get an additional discount!

For most anyone that's adventurous living in or around little rock this is a place they've probably been. The summit trail is a really good hike with the most outstanding view in southern Arkansas. What we love about this trail is how crazy nice everyone is, check it out and you will agree. Take a small bag with water and a snack and just stop and take your time up the mountain. Literally small children up to a man we met in his 80s travel this trail. You can bring your dogs too and they will sleep the whole way home!

I don't know how to say it more simply, this place was every it worth our money and it was perfect. The couple who owns this b&b are as nice as can be! The breakfast is incredible. The rooms are beautiful and are decorated from the time period they represent but clean and so comfortable. They even are pet friendly. What you probably won't notice from the road is at the end of the buildings there is a forest nook with a beautiful deck and sauna. We could've stayed out all night, which is great bc they will let you here! Even the soaps they give you are special, the philosophy brand with little encouraging quotes and meaningful messages on the bottles.
