Just left the park today. Enjoyed our stay. Campsites are very large & nice. The water park was refreshing for just to set in. It's not for swimming but for the kids to splash in. Fun to watch the kids. The 1.2 mile nature trail is really neat. I walk it at 6am nice & cool. Digging for diamonds takes more than one day & the weather was to hot to be out in. No shade, need a umbrellas. I came and now I can say I tried.
The little cafe is good, ice cream was the best. The help were a joy to talk with. I must say all the help no matter where we went were excellent.
Great place would recommend Magnolia area over Dogwood. Camp Host was very nice & helpful. Nice little swimming area. Close to the springs & not along drive to Orlando area. The springs are so beautiful.
The bathrooms were A+, always clean.
I must say Florida has some of best state parks in the U.S.
Love this place, sites are nice an large. Out on the country feel but close to anything you may need. We are here due to a repair on our awning & I had a dental emergency.
Lots to do.
I love this park. The springs are beautiful as well as the grounds around it. So close's to so much to do and still feel like you are out in the wildness.
This will be our first stop on our trip to Maine. Looking forward to what we will discover.
